All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail for UK deliveries and DHL for International deliveries, who have their own precautions in place to help keep their staff and customers safe during this uncertain time. You can read their policies here:

If you require next day delivery this may be possible. Please email or telephone/text us at +447857275931 to arrange this. We will have to charge extra, of course.
We do everything possible at ABCulture to make sure you are delighted with your
purchase but if something should go awry we will always sort it out.
Please email or telephone in the first instance to discuss the problem. Once we have agreed to an exchange or
refund we will ask you to return the item and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty and cannot accept
responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be
in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).
