ABCulture Collection

We are a family run business on a mission to educate about the importance of acceptance of cultural and ethnic diversity. Our books are written by our in-house author – Nikisha Watson, who is Trinidadian born, living in the UK with her husband and three children.

Inspired By Nikisha's own children

The characters in our books are inspired by Nikisha’s own children who are multi-racial, of British-Trinidadian heritage. We thrive to increase representation of ethnic minorities in children’s books as there are too few on the market. It is more important than ever before that children of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds see themselves represented in the stories they read. We are proud to contribute to that movement of change. Our books are a series of fun, colourful and educational books teaching children mainstream academic topics such as the alphabet, counting and colours all whilst developing their all-round education by learning about world cultures and ethnic diversity.
